office REIT, announced today that it has named James R.
Ingebritsen
president, chief executive officer, and a member of its board of
directors. Ingebritsen is a major shareholder and co-founder of
Pacific
Office Properties. He is also an owner and director of the
Company's
external advisor, Pacific Office Management, Inc.

As a partner of The Shidler Group, the Company's founders, Ingebritsen
was integral in the formation of the Company through its reverse
merger
in 2008. He then served as executive vice president, Capital
Markets/Operations and was responsible for maintaining debt and
equity
relationships as well as oversight of the Company's western region

operations.
